Patti was an author, foreign relations specialist, educator, and environmentalist. Her exceptional book, Petra, drew upon her vast knowledge of Jordan and of Hudson River Valley painters, Frederick Church in particular. She had a hand in critiquing half a dozen Pale Horse Books titles as they were being written– always providing the author with just the needed boost to help make a good book great.
